- Grow G&H sales at current and new G&H accounts
- Oversee the complete sales process from generating leads to “securing the order”.
- Develop strong relationships with your customers and secure new customers
- Follow through on strategic sales goals whilst driving your sales in current fiscal year.
- Represent G&H at trade shows and industry trade association meetings.
- Evaluate sales opportunities and provide appropriate quotations.
- Obtain forecast information from existing customers and use the G&H S&OP forecast tools
- Make or exceed the agreed sales targets for your account portfolio.
- Optimize the sales channel and resources within G&H using distributors and/or representatives where appropriate.
- Inform G&H Management/Product Manager about new interesting applications, markets or products.
- Help and advise G&H Customer Services to provide outstanding service to G&H customers.
- Propose creative marketing actions
- Submit visit reports, monthly sales reports and other necessary administration in an accurate & timely manner.
