The mission of the newly formed Operations Digitalization team is to leverage technology to transform business operations to be more efficient, reduce manual work and improve business scalability across all of PIMCO. The Operations Digitalization team is responsible for a growing range of technology solutions such as ETL, business intelligence, low-code solutions and various programming languages to implement efficient end to end business solutions. The team is looking for a technical program manager to launch and manage Workflow and Business process automation tools and effectively train and implement them with business user throughout the firm.
Responsible for the management and delivery of end to end business solutions to allow for improved business solutions leveraging technology tools such as No/low code solutions such as Appian, Robot Process automation, AI/NLP driven processing and process automation via python and other solutions
Defining cross-functional and cross-departmental dependencies and identifying key deliverables/milestones and critical path
Partnering with the business and technology teams to proactively manage scope and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful program outcomes
Developing customized delivery approaches and project plans designed to deliver incremental business value
Driving acceptance and change management as a result of program impacts to the business

Technical experience (B.S. in STEM or similar experience)
Professional experience with Appain
5+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, program/product/project management or comparable business experience
Experience with no-code/low-code workflow tools
Strong understanding of agile project management methodology

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.
Salary Range: $ 185,000.00 - $ 225,000.00
