Cash Management Deutsche Bank is a leading global provider of Cash Management services, delivering the full range of banking products and services for both corporates and institutions worldwide. Cash Management Technology is running a large-scale transformation in the areas of Core Banking, Payments, and Liquidity Management. These strategic projects renovate application landscape on modern technology stack, deliver modular architecture, build new products and services, and create foundation for new business/revenue models.
As a Site Reliability Engineer (m/f/x) you will be responsible for providing 24x7 availability of the strategic Payments and Core Banking applications.
You will set up and shape the production monitoring and resolution processes across the development and infrastructure teams. You will play a Product Owner role for monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting toolset and coordinate implementation across the development teams. You will run stability projects to increase applications resilience and recovery times. For production incidents, you will coordinate communication and resolution processes across IT and Operations teams.

Your key responsibilities
Design and establish Production Monitoring, Impact assessment, and Resolution processes in close collaboration with Development and Production teams.
Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams on Production releases; Ensure system stability through enhancement/maintenance periods
Run stability projects to increase resilience and recovery speed, to improve end-to-end traceability and transparency of the business flows
Discover the root causes and find solutions in collaboration with development teams - explore source code, databases, application logs; Drive end-to-end project to improve supportability, application logs, transactions tracing
Your skills and experience
Multi-year experience in the areas of SRE and providing Production stability for global 24x7 transaction processing platforms
Solid technical background on servers, storages, networks, databases, software development processes; Knowledge of Messaging, Database solutions, Unix, CI/CD tools
Background in one Software engineering professions - Development, Quality Assurance, DevOps; Ability to write scripts/code on any of programming language
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Ability to lead across teams distributed across locations
