- 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Individual Contributor
- Extensive hands-on experience with Python and relational databases
- Experience with other high-level programming languages such as Rust, Golang, C, C++, or Java
- Expertise working with terabyte-scale datasets
- Background building high-throughput, distributed data pipelines
- Good understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Knowledge of storage systems, file systems, compute infrastructure, and application architectures
- Willingness to debug problems across the stack, such as networking issues, performance problems, and/or memory leaks
- Self-motivation and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort sharing your expertise with others
- Experience having built the wrong system enough times to avoid the common pitfalls
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Individual Contributor
- Experience with blockchain technologies and deployments
- Knowledge of software orchestration and management technologies (Kubernetes, k3s, etc.) and associated tooling for provisioning (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
