Senior Staff Assistant 7573BR Enrollment Management Office of Graduate and Part-Time Enrollment Services
Detailed Job Description Directly supports recruitment efforts designed to satisfy desired graduate and online enrollment goals, including international and special populations. Position includes the processing a high volume of application and related admission credentials and includes providing descriptive information assistance by telephone, in person and written communications with prospective students. Monitors applicant pool to identify and trouble shoot errors that arise, alerting management of potential issues.
Advanced processing of admissions inquiries, applications, transcripts, standardized test results and related documents and associated decisions.
Providing descriptive information assistance in telephone, in person and written communications with prospective students.
Analyzing and reconciling any invalid/inaccurate data and monitoring the various information systems to manually intervene when necessary.
Assist in the coordination and distribution of admission information, including communications to a large population of applicants as well as reporting data on these applicants to various on campus departments
Updating training documents used as a reference by peers and management and/or training and supervision of student employees

Required one to two years of experience in an office setting including experience with data entry.
