About Quantopticon
Quantopticon are the makers of Quantillion: a first-of-its-kind automated software platform for the design and optimisation of quantum photonic components and systems. Our patent-pending algorithm is fast and accurate (it does not employ any approximations) and rigorously describes cavity quantum electrodynamics with exquisite spatio-temporal precision, down to the attosecond and angstrom level. Quantillion is essential for rapidly building high-quality, reliable qubits and quantum state control in quantum photonic computers, as well as single-photon sources in QKD-based quantum communications. Quantopticon's goal is to accelerate the design cycle of quantum photonic devices, maximise device performance, and unlock the path to large-volume manufacturing. Currently we specialise in modelling solid-state quantum systems, optionally embedded in optical cavity structures for greater quantum state control and quantum light emission enhancement.
