To develop systems-level documents for complex engineering hardware and devices for the School of Engineering. To perform design activities and prepare SolidEdge or ProE drawings. To support meetings, teleconferences and trips required projects.

Assists in the requirement analysis, detail design, unit test, verification, validation and documentation of the ground and space flight systems. Designs analog and digital circuits and develops wiring board fabrication and assembly processes. Creates Computer-aided Design (CAD) documents. Works with analog and digital circuit design and board layout, troubleshooting to the component level, microcontrollers and LabView. Works with military specifications. Reviews and checks engineering drawings produced by others for adherence to technical specifications and requirements. Prepares design documents for NASA projects. Performs other duties as assigned.

(Annual Salary: $57,940 - $94,150)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering and one (1) year of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
