Requirements include BS Degree in Electrical Engineering.  A BS Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology may be substituted. Five years of experience in electric power systems. Professional Engineering license or the ability to obtain one within six months of employment. A clear understanding of the operations of an electrical distribution cooperative, practice of accepted engineering design methods, and familiarity with RUS contracting procedures.
