In this role you will:
- Lead in developing and maturing customer experience capabilities in the B2B space primarily focused around eCommerce, eProcurement and self-service.
- Collaborate and shape business case & charter with business stakeholders driving clarity on scope and business requirements.
- Define the needed business cases with project team and process owner, defining business outcomes, including current baseline and future target metrics, such as leading and lagging indicators, and linking to strategic key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide analysis on key business drivers and metrics using the latest analytics & visualization technology.
- Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems and customer needs (internal and external).
- Work with execution teams (in collaboration with the product owners and technical leaders) to communicate business needs in the form of clear personas, use cases and business requirements.
- Serve as a conduit between the application development teams and the product owners to drive clarity on " the what/ business need"
- Serve as a stage gate to review outcomes match business needs before turning over to business stakeholders for verification and acceptance.
- Collaborate and facilitate discussions with business stakeholders, customers and technical teams to map future state processes to develop end to end functional solutions.
- Demonstrate an informed knowledge of business areas to supports several moderately complex business processes.
- Be responsible for training and support documentation, as well as business readiness, service transition and driving adoption.
- Apply strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Provides consultative support in financial management, organizational change, vendor management, and operational excellence to transformation initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and related experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 plus years of experienced with aligning and translating business strategy and needs into solution outcomes and breaking it down into Epics, features and user stories with a clear definition of what success looks like.
- 5 plus years of experience implementing eCommerce and eProcurement web-based solutions in a B2B landscape is required.
- 2-4 years of experience with HYBRIS eCommerce is required, ADOBE Experience Manager a plus
- Experience with UX design is a plus
- Experience with persona and use case driven requirements gathering.
- Experience with current and future state end-to-end business process analysis and design
- 3 plus years with Agile development and SCRUM/SAFE methodologies required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead planning and cross functional discussions to drive vision, scope, requirements clarity and decision making.
- Experience with working with large software engineering teams to take business needs and transform into technical solutions is required
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Accepts additional challenges and tasks that will help grow in this role and prepare for future roles
- Works on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader. May coach more junior staff.
This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor.
The Base salary compensation range for this role in Colorado is $81,840 -$102,300 USD Annual, with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary
