Senior Software Engineer - Full-Time

Join a top tier investment consulting firm looking for a Senior Software Engineer to rearchitect, modify, enhance and manage the database related to the companies C# / SQL Server Windows desktop and ASP.NET web productivity applications. You will be working under the direction, and in collaboration with the companies lead developer and Director of Software Engineering, the Software Engineer will have the opportunity to tackle challenges in programming, data analysis, mathematics, and finance. This role will offer high visibility, high impact, and an opportunity to work on greenfield development projects.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to produce clean, efficient code in C#, JavaScript, and T-SQL
• Experience in maintaining complete, Windows client-server and ASP.NET web applications
• Experience working with large databases
• Experience with multi-threaded application development
• Prior experience with financial applications and statistics is a plus

The Software Engineer should have the following qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science
• Five to eight (5 - 8) years of professional software development experience
• Ability and willingness to take full ownership of assigned tasks and solutions (design, implement, test, deploy, maintain, iterate)
