Rockwell Automation is looking for a Senior Signal Integrity Engineer with design experience to join our new product development team. You will develop and enhance our existing and next generation industrial control products. These products include Programmable Logic Controllers, I/O Products, Communication and HMI devices. You will play a key role in all phases of product development including requirements definition, project planning, execution, product verification and validation, and release to production. You will work on a team comprised of engineers across multiple disciplines, project managers, product marketing, manufacturing and quality organizations to bring our product roadmaps to life. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

5+ years of high-speed digital design experience encompassing printed circuit board, module and system level design
Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory, signal integrity, both single ended and differential interface technology and power integrity
Hands on experience with simulation and analysis tools from Mentor Graphics (e.g. HyperLynx LineSim, BoardSim, DRC) or equivalent, Analog High-Speed Simulator (e.g. Synopsis HSPICE) and 3D RF Simulator (e.g. Ansys HFSS)
Experience modeling and simulating high speed I/O, PCB interconnects, connectors and package characteristics in both an IBIS and SPICE environment.
