Chorus Call is seeking candidates for a Software Engineering position at their headquarters in Monroeville, PA.  Qualified candidates should be familiar with the Java programming language and associated web-based technologies (HTML, JavaScript, and SQL).

Responsibilities:

• Utilize modern technologies/development methodologies to enhance our line of audio/video conferencing products
• Server infrastructure design and support
• Application deployment and application documentation
• Customer support

Requirements:

• BS Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• Extensive knowledge of the Java programming language
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript and SQL
• Extensive knowledge of web based application architectures and design patterns
• Familiar with Apache web server and Tomcat application server in a Linux environment

Helpful Knowledge:

• Customer interaction skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a Linux environment
• Experience with front end libraries/frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap, Material UI)
• Experience with ORM frameworks (JPA, MyBatis)
• Experience with ZKOSS
• Experience with the Spring application development framework
• Knowledge working in virtual environments (VMWare ESXI, vSphere, VEEAM, Nimble)
