We are looking to create a Talent Acquisition Team. The first hire will be a Corporate Technical Recruiter to recruit, interview and hire for positions including Quality Assurance Manual and Automation Engineers & Software Engineers (Backend, Server, iOS, Android), and support recruiting of administrative and corporate roles.
What you will do:
Provide accurate, and compelling story to candidates about our company and the position
Leverage the use of electronic resources, social media, and business relationships to source a qualified, diverse pool of applicants
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Assist in the of scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and the hiring managers; schedule and participate with hiring managers in interview preps and debriefs;
Perform reference checks as needed; Engage with HR team for offer letter execution and
Maintain regular contact with candidates to keep engaged during the interview process
Continually expand technical knowledge to have solid understanding of technology that is fueling our current product base;
Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
What you will need:
Bachelors degree or equivalent
An excitement for recruitment and excellent customer service
An entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent negotiation skills
At least 3 years of prior recruiting and/or sourcing experience
A breadth of technical knowledge is highly desirable, however strong candidates with the desire to learn about technology will be considered
High sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously
Extremely organized, self-motivated, energetic, and passionate with the ability to establish effective relationships with candidates and members of the client's team
Working knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
