About our Data Science Team!
At P&G we innovate and discover, we research and collaborate, we make the world a better place by the improving everyday lives of 5 billion people around the world who use and enjoy our products. We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic and diverse team to lead Machine Learning or Operations Research.
Would you enjoy solving billion-dollar data science problems across trillions of data points?
How would you like to own a complex modeling pipeline end-to-end, in close partnership with business leadership?
Would you like to work with innovative data science technology and have access to the state-of-the-art infrastructure?
Would you be interested in turning untidy data into non-obvious insights, challenging the ways the business is done and surprising business leaders with the power of algorithms?
If this answer is YES, then look no further because a long-term career in Data Science at P&G is something we cultivate from Day 1! At P&G, you will find yourself among a team of diverse and dynamic professionals who are interested in your ideas, willing to help you to explore them, see them through, and collectively learn from them. You will find yourself in an environment where discussion and experimentation are encouraged and where failed experiment is seen as a learning opportunity rather than personal failure. We move forward by collaboration and share the results of our work, we debate the ideas, and we always respect each other, we call it the “Learning Culture.”
At P&G, our goal is to empower the business with the algorithms, to augment every important business decision with the superior insights provided by the models. As a Data Scientist for P&G you will drive productivity and impact our business results across a variety of platforms.

As a Supply Chain Data Scientist, you will use optimization and simulation techniques to refine and streamline our manufacturing and supply chain.
As a Model Risk Officer, you will partner with other Data Scientists to help improve and validate their models to ensure they are futureproofed.
