The Europe and Asia Client Group (EACG) Technology team manages in-house and vendor products. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be making technical decisions around how best to serve our customers through the products we offer. Building relationships with your customers, partner teams and the engineers on your team.
Measuring the quality of your work via monitoring, observability, and usage patterns.
Influencing your team's technical decisions by making insightful contributions to team priorities and approach.
Helping in identifying and solving ambiguous problems.
Your background and who you are:
You have a solid background in technical solutions engineering and a passion to learn.
You've made mistakes in the past and have learned a lot from them. You apply this learning regularly.

BS in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent in relevant work experience.
Experience in website administration.
Experience in multilanguage website.
Experience in software development, including experience with at least one modern language such as JAVA, JS, CSS, HTML, Python, Java, Ruby, shell-scripting, etc.
Experience in cloud-first design, (Serverless databases and functions, dynamic autoscaling, container orchestration, etc.).
Experience in data architecture and databases.
Knowledge of software engineering practices & best practices for the software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
