Engineering Designer IV
Introduction:This position will support the transmission substation engineering team in creating designs for high-voltage substation projects.  This is the lead working level position of the Designer series. Incumbents will perform the most complex design for substation facilities and perform various designing, planning, and management of process support functions.  Under general direction of project engineers, incumbents will contribute to the development of design/construction standards and specification development.   Purpose:Performs the full range of distribution line and facilities design. This work involves developing and revising a full range of engineering drawings; coordinating the work assignments of lower level Engineering
