Responsible for Project Leadership and Team Leadership. Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture of assemblies, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Critical responsibilities include overseeing development of engineering teams to complete Design for Assembly, Cost and Automation analysis. Also executes estimates for manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and ensure completeness and accuracy in manufacturing design specification for Regional Manufacturing Engineering Build Teams included but not limited to recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of NPI Operations Excellence deliverables and Resource management. Ensure active engagement with ISC Integration Managers to support the upfront NPI process.

Manage a matrixed team focused on talent development to enable on time deliverables in an agile environment
Drives organizational goals and KPIs to measure and improve organization effectiveness
Develops training processes and tools for all aspects of the role and ensures continued development of individuals
Executes strategy, leveraging multiple internal, external, direct, and indirect relationships
Resource management of 6-12 Industrialization Engineers. Organization of up to 15 individuals
Provide resource assignment to ensure full utilization of resources and alignment to their continued development in role.
Support assignments and allocate work to their reports based on project priorities, project schedule
Exhibits good communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education
Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent degree or education
Minimum of 8 years' experience in engineering
Minimum of 2 years in a project leadership or team leadership
Proven ability to influence change and build effective partnerships in a matrix environment
Good levels of Information Processing Capability
Minimum of 5 years' experience with Discrete assembly processes
Experience with agile product development methodologies such as SAFe, Project Management, Design for Excellence Df(X), and Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
Good levels of emotional intelligence and ability to inspire, lead, and ensure accountability and performance

Represents a portion of the workforce to support Operational Excellence of NPI and CE product launches and need to collaborate with other regional People Management leads.
Able to plan 3 months out at a very detailed level and 6 months out at a strategic level.
Overseeing multiple programs simultaneously in addition to resource allocation responsibilities
