The WFM team aims to tactically and strategically optimise workforce efficiency and employee productivity by ensuring resources are in the right roles. The implementation of project Butterfly will also create the conditions for further development and success.
You will partner with and support each division within DWS through the respective Chief Operating Officers to identify and implement WFM opportunities. In addition, you will work very closely with Finance to provide transparency on the known and forecasted workforce costs and with Strategy and Transformation.
Utilising prior IT recruitment expertise to support DWS Technology in meeting their strategic hiring plans
Bridging the gap between DWS Technology and global internal Recruitment Partners to identify solutions that positively influence the full recruitment life-cycle
Providing greater visibility of potential risks and issues to the DWS Technology management team associated to recruitment
Working closely with Chief Operating Office (COO) and management teams to help track activity against hiring plans and support status reporting to DWS Technology global management
Ensuring key deliverables remain on target and agreeing remedial action where required
Implementing governance standards across the hiring portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of deliverables
Supporting DWS Technology management with operational recruitment tasks including CV screening, interview management and candidate assessment
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Talent Acquisition professional, with demonstrable understanding of Software Engineering, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Architecture (Solutions/Enterprise/Technical/Cloud/Data), Testing/Quality Assurance (QA) and Project/Programme/Business Analyst/Transformation
Ability to demonstrate experience of hands-on recruitment delivery as well as developing and implementing strategic recruitment initiatives
IT recruitment experience within an in-house environment is ideal but not essential
Excellent client and service focus, with absolute confidence in working with decision-makers from all levels
Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop creative and structured solutions
Excellent communications skills and an ability to motivate and develop colleagues, whilst resolving and managing any conflict
