The Laboratory for Laser Energetics is seeking an engineer with experience managing, designing, and building lasers to work on the development of a cutting edge system. Experience with solid-state lasers, frequency conversion systems, and optical systems design is strongly desired. Must be familiar with project management principles and have experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams.
MS in Optics, Physics, or similar plus 10 years of experience in a related field (or a BS plus 15 years) desired.
