As Director/VP you will be responsible for all specialty domains within our Global Technology Strategy and Architecture group. You will provide strategic oversight to four specialty domain teams: Information/Data, Integration, Software, and Security and a fifth newly created Infrastructure domain. You will play a critical role in transforming how we presently structure these domains including moving toward a "full stack" architecture operating model with heavy focus on building critical new applications and services in the cloud.

You will help define and lead a new Full Stack architecture organization for CG globally. In this new function you will be part of the recently transformed Global Technology Strategy and Architecture Organization. This broader organization reports to CG's new Global CIO. Other functions within global architecture are Portfolio Architecture teams, aligned to our 3 primary CG business capabilities, and our Emerging Technology function.
You will guide and structure how we think through all domains of architecture taking a more "full stack" approach while also heavily influencing our overall cloud strategy at Capital. In this role you will support all Solution Architects within our Portfolio teams through your domain architecture associates. The Information/Data Architects will be closely aligned to our Enterprise Data Team. The 5th domain of Security Architecture will be dotted line into this new function as it will stay fully embedded in our Security Architecture and Engineering team. Lastly, this role will have product management oversight to our overall Developer Experience.

You will lead the design and implementation of a new full stack architecture function working closely with our Technology Infrastructure and Operations Organization, Enterprise Data Team, and our Portfolio and Solution Architects embedded in our Product lines.
You will help to establish the technology vision and enterprise architecture (EA) for our improved use of cloud computing and build out more modern practices for the overall enterprise architecture at CG.
You will design and implement modern architecture patterns, standards, and practices to accelerate CG's journey to be more agile, build/maintain healthy solutions and better leverage the cloud.
You will improve the software engineering experience by removing friction and providing more modern tooling at speed inclusive of enterprise guardrails. This includes helping oversee the Developer Experience at CG. You will shepherd Technology Roadmaps for our various Technology Capabilities with other ITG functions
You are a champion for our Open Source ITG efforts and cultivate strong partnerships with IT Directors to help build and deploy healthy solutions and help invest in keeping them healthy
You influence senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive engagement across CG to drive business outcomes
You have an innovative mindset and lead and develop teams by setting the tone, driving business results, investing in their development, and overseeing their performance.
