Title: Staff Hardware Development Engr
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Design board-level electronics for coherent optical communications subsystems including analog optical controls for photonic integrated circuit modules.
Design digital communication sections utilizing DSP based high-speed communications processors and RF transmission lines.
Develop strategies for optimizing designs to efficiently implement complex functions while meeting physical constraints which include dimensions and power limitation requirements.
Contribute to developing optical, hardware, firmware, and software integration test plans and reports.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years performing circuit design on communications equipment
Key Experience :
Must have design experience with DACs/ADCs, switch supplies, LDO supplies, FPGA, and microprocessors.
Must have experience with control circuit design for tunable lasers,
Must have design experience with either communications or optical transceivers products.
NOTES:
