Areté, an employee-owned company, is a growing research and development firm recognized for contributing to national security objectives by supplying innovative solutions to challenging technical problems faced by the United States. We have an immediate opening for a Test Engineer reporting to the Senior Program Manager . This is an exempt non-supervisory full-time position. The position can be based in either our Valparaiso, FL or Tucson, AZ offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementation, coordination and execution of functional, performance, and qualification test execution at the component, subsystem, and system level against documented requirements. Test events will occur in laboratory, outdoors, at sea, and in flight environments. The successful candidate will analyze system requirements for verification methodology and feasibility; generate test planning, execution, and report documentation and; coordinate test resources to facilitate effective and efficient test execution.
