Detailed Job Description Reporting to the Associate Director for Financial Operations, this position facilitates comprehensive financial administration and oversight for Campus Life-recognized clubs and student organizations accounts. Responsibilities include processing procurement card transactions, invoice payment forms, deposits, petty cash, purchase orders, internal chargebacks, journal entries, and various types of travel transactions, as well as maintaining current club financial documents. Serves as a resource by educating and counseling students about financial processes, procurement, budgeting, and financial planning related to event and programs. Provides training on various financial functions, and develops training and resource materials for student clubs and organizations. Develops and implements procedures based on policies and processes. Ensures compliance with internal controls, and policies and procedures. Reviews student organization event registration notices, verifies availability of funds, and responds timely with account numbers and other necessary related information.
