Within EFT the Corporate Risk Technology group helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. We focus on three key risk areas: credit risk, operational risk and market risk. We are seeking a Microservices Developer (Software Engineer Sr. Analyst) to be part of a team that implements technology solutions for Corporate Risk across all levels of the organization. Primary responsibilities for the individual in this role:
Develop Solution Architecture for Enterprise Strategic Risk technology solutions.
Adhere to team standards, processes, work-flows, and schedules.
Partner with Architects, Developers, and Senior Managers to develop technology roadmap.
Approach development and production issues methodically.
Work on multiple complex issues and projects.
Design and build solutions in a microservices / open architecture.
Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications.
Create complex industry-leading user interface design solutions.
Serve as design "advocate" with the ability to forecast and assess industry trends and their impact on the company's product design alternatives.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Oversee the execution of strategic design projects that influence design and strategic direction.
Identify and lead implementation through business tools and partnerships with technology and other key business organizations throughout the enterprise.
Build alliances with the lines of business, technical operations, and architecture teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Provide product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams.
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
