The Consumer Lending Technology (CLT) group executes the Wells Fargo Technology strategy and offers a strategic technology perspective to the lines of business (LOBs) we support. These LOBs include Auto; Card, Retail & Merchant Services; Home Lending; and Personal Loans within Consumer Lending. Our teams provide technology solutions to the LOBs and manage the application portfolios through the enablers of skills, stability, security, scalability, speed, and satisfaction. We are seeking several individuals with knowledge of the consumer lending business, specifically domain knowledge of auto lending systems and practices, secure coding practices, and a full range of skills from creating and process requirements, user interface development and coding on all tiers, including database development. Candidates should have experience with the following technologies: Cloud, .Net Core and Microservices as our teams are in the process of transforming our existing systems with the use of newer and more modern based architecture. You should have a strong understanding of domain driven design, auto architecture, and design principles and patterns. We are seeking those, also, with the ability to navigate organizational processes and hurdles, while ensuring timely delivery of the supported applications.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 5 + years of .Net and Java application development experience or a combination of both
- 1+ years of experience with Cloud technologies
- 1+ year of experience in microservices development
- 1+ year of C#.NET Core experience
Desired Qualifications
- An industry-standard technology certification
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Agile experience
- 1+ year of Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) development experience
- 2+ years of SOA (Services Oriented Architecture) experience
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment
- Consumer lending experience
- Knowledge and understanding of auto finance applications
- Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology consulting in the financial services industry
- A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
