| The HKMA currently embarks on a multi-year Digitalisation Programme that cuts across multiple functions, including banking and anti-money laundering supervision, financial stability surveillance, research and investment, with the aim of using technologies and data science to help us identify emerging risks and trends in a more forward-looking manner. There is now an excellent opportunity for eligible candidates to apply for the following position to work under the Digitalisation Programme: Key Responsibilities - Assist in implementing advanced technological solutions for digital transformation of the HKMA
- Assist in managing the whole project cycle including project scope, planning, budgeting, promotion, materials preparation and execution
- Compile project documentation, reports and presentations; keep track of project progress and work plan
- Monitor and communicate project progress and issues with project teams and stakeholders
- Gather business requirements and provide consultation for stakeholders
- Provide all-rounded administrative support to multiple projects concurrently
Requirements - University degree in computer science, software engineering or related fields
- At least two years of hands-on experience in delivering successful projects implementation within timeline, budget, and with quality work results
- Experience in applications such as Customer Relationship Management, Document Management System and Robotic Process Automation a plus
- Professional qualifications in PMP, Agile, Scrum an advantage
- Good planning, organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Mature, self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Conditions of service - Successful candidate will be appointed on fixed contract terms.
