The HKMA currently embarks on a multi-year Digitalisation Programme that cuts across multiple functions, including banking and anti-money laundering supervision, financial stability surveillance, research and investment, with the aim of using technologies and data science to help us identify emerging risks and trends in a more forward-looking manner.
There is now an excellent opportunity for eligible candidates to apply for the following position to work under the Digitalisation Programme:
Assist in implementing advanced technological solutions for digital transformation of the HKMA
Assist in managing the whole project cycle including project scope, planning, budgeting, promotion, materials preparation and execution
Compile project documentation, reports and presentations; keep track of project progress and work plan
Monitor and communicate project progress and issues with project teams and stakeholders
Gather business requirements and provide consultation for stakeholders
Provide all-rounded administrative support to multiple projects concurrently
University degree in computer science, software engineering or related fields
At least two years of hands-on experience in delivering successful projects implementation within timeline, budget, and with quality work results
Experience in applications such as Customer Relationship Management, Document Management System and Robotic Process Automation a plus
Professional qualifications in PMP, Agile, Scrum an advantage
Good planning, organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Mature, self-motivated and detail-oriented
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Conditions of service
Successful candidate will be appointed on fixed contract terms.
A competitive remuneration package will be offered. There is flexibility to take account of additional experience and qualifications.
