Seeking a professional to teach in an AAS + BSAS degree (2+2) ETAC-ABET accredited Electrical Engineering Technology program. Must be able to develop and teach courses and labs in several areas of electrical engineering technology, such as: analog and digital electronic devices, embedded and microcontroller systems, and device networking and communication. Student recruitment and advisement, maintenance of ETAC-ABET accreditation, participation in College/University committees, applied research and involvement with the technical community will also be required. This is a 9-month tenure-track position.
Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success. Responds to students in a timely manner. Communicates with students, departments and university officials via university provided tools and resources.

A Master degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology. A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronic Engineering Technology, or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program. Must be able to develop and teach courses and labs in several areas of electrical engineering technology, such as: analog and digital electronic devices, embedded and microcontroller systems, and device networking and communication. A strong applied technical background along with excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills, and computer skills. Three years of verifiable North American industrial/manufacturing experience.
Professional Engineering (PE) Registration and college level teaching experience. An understanding, vision, and enthusiasm for teaching, service, and scholarly activities appropriate to an undergraduate Engineering Technology environment. Experience with C, Matlab, Labview, PLC programming software.
