Architect

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years experience working in a lead role within a residential design firm
• Architect Degree
• Advance software skills including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe creative suite etc.
• Excellent MS office skills
• Creative thinker with ability to work across multiple projects and developments
• Design forward with the ability to demonstrate design capabilities across various architectural styles and genres
• Ability to lead a team of support staff including draftsmen and 3D visualizers
• Ability to manage client relationships from preliminary design concepts to construction completion
• Knowledgeable of residential building materials and construction techniques
• Experience of coordination with consultants including civil, structural. mechanical, and electrical engineering
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex design into clear and concise construction documentation
• Excellent verbal, written analytical and technical skills
• High level of organization and the ability to work in a fast-paced design environment
