We are looking for a dynamic team member who has a passion for working with students. This is a grant funded position at 40 hours per week that requires travel to the schools, as well as some nights and weekends based on programs/events. Detailed Job Description The Assistant Director serves primarily as a case manager for TRiO Upward Bound (UB) students by monitoring and supporting the academic progress of eligible TRiO students enrolled at one of the target schools. Assists the Director with assessment initiatives, serves as the staff lead with expertise on Financial Aid / financial literacy issues, maintains databases, and prepares appropriate reports Administrative Responsibilities: Program and Curriculum Development: Other duties as assigned.
