We are a team-oriented, highly collaborative Division working with all areas of the university to maximize fundraising opportunities and alumni involvement. Detailed Job Description Position Summary The Assistant Director of Advancement Reporting will lead and oversee the development, creation, and service of all reports and data deliverables to support RIT's Division of University Advancement. This role includes the design and building of technical processes to address business issues, overseeing the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics. To meet these objectives, the Assistant Director will be the primary point of service for the front-end of our donor management system, in addition to having responsibility for the maintenance of data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics. The Assistant Director will be responsible for understanding industry trends in fundraising analytics and applying those theories to RIT specific data in order to present data in an intuitive and action oriented fashion to drive results. He/she will interact with a cross functional work team to provide customer support to RIT's Division of University Advancement, and all users of RIT's donor management system, providing excellent customer support to all system stakeholders.
