As part of the Enterprise Services & Portfolio Management Group within the Chief Technology Office (CTO), the Digital Workforce Services Team provides process analysis, workflow design and Business Process Management solutions enterprise-wide. The Pega Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business and software engineering teams to drive development and enhancements for the Pega platform and associated processes for the enterprise. This role is posted as a Pega Business Analyst; however, the Wells Fargo job title is Technology Business Services Associate.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Interact with technical and business partner to gather and translate requirements
• Create project management deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, Use Cases and User Stories.
• Leverage subject matter expertise of automated workflow design and Pega
• Develop and lead complex process design or improvement initiatives, guiding teams across the business to enhance operations to accomplish business objectives
• Work with an Agile Scrum Team; drive and/or participate in Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings

Selected candidate will be required to work within one of the following Wells Fargo locations: Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ.   Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

• 5+ years of technology experience
• 5+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements
• 3+ years of process engineering experience
• 3+ years of process definition and documentation experience
• 1+ year of Agile experience

• Experience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
• Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
• 1+ year of JIRA experience
• Knowledge and understanding of Pega
• Knowledge and understanding of product management, development or consulting
• Agile Scrum (CSM), SAFE certifications or other advanced Agile certifications
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Experience with IT Service Management Catalog solutions like ServiceNow or similar tools
• Experience with Axure to create prototypes, specifications, and diagrams

• Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
