Enterprise Function Technology within the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) business is responsible for supporting Enterprise Data technology, Enterprise technology initiatives related to messaging & collaboration, risk technology, corporate systems data, and various internal systems and tools.
About the Role
Duties will include working with stakeholders to gain an understanding of business requirements, and ensure that expectations are understood and met. Participate in application project development, maintenance, and upgrades. Use sound judgment to make effective recommendations to management and peers. Individual should work well independently and as a member of a high performance team related to development tasks. Team member should be able to troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with users, vendors and internal service groups. This role is for individual contributor, who should be capable to guide, mentor junior team members for support and development tasks.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience
Minimum experience of 2 years in leading small team of engineers
Responsible to participate in requirements, design, review meetings and evaluates requirements testability
Works to identify and clarify design and requirements issues. Provides testing estimates on assigned projects
Responsible to develop test plans that address areas such as regression testing and functionality
Responsible to design, implement, and maintain automated test cases and scripts for functional and performance tests
Responsible to monitor software defects and creates test results and defect tracking reports
Experience in Java/J2EE technologies with REST APIs
Experience in Spring boot framework
Experience in Automation and Integration testing using frameworks like Fitnesse, Selenium, JUNIT
Working knowledge of Hadoop technologies is added advantage
Hands-on experience in analysis, design, coding
Can coordinate with all the stakes holders in SDLC including Dev/QA/UAT and Prod
Good verbal and written communication skills
Skilled problem-solver and detail oriented
Experience with process flow documentation creation, presentation and conducting trainings
Requires ability to work on assigned tasks independently with minimal direction
Ability to identify technical risks, present solutions to within the team.
