The Role Responsibilities
The JARVIS Business Analyst is a key member of the team who work with a diverse set of specialists, including UX designers, graphic designers, developers and business stakeholders, to deliver well-thought through and useful features, which delight our frontlines and deliver business results.
JARVIS is a revolutionary digital platform designed to transform how our frontline teams engage our clients with proposition-led, insight-driven conversations on the go. It provides one-click access to high-quality client pitching materials and demo videos; client insights and prescriptive analytics; and sales enabler tools, to over 1,000 frontlines in 22 markets in Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking department.
Our Data Solutions & Client Analytics team members come from different parts of the world and have different background such as data science, marketing, banking, business development, project management, etc. We are part of the wider Digital Channels and Data Analytics, CCIB. We believe diversity enablers innovation.
Conduct feature analysis, design, and implementation reviews as well as provide critiques of other people's work.
Work with our software engineering team, UI/visual designers, Content Managers to ensure the feasibility of design and to polish the wireframes into high-fidelity user interface for development.
Ensure the requirements, design and other artefacts as needed to support technical implementation are developed and signed off, from stakeholders, as well as archived appropriately.
Product Delivery and Implementation
Collaborate implementation of features using agile methodology and work closely with all stakeholders to facilitate delivery
Conduct desk check of user interface during engineering development phase
Conduct user acceptance and complete technical go live activities
Develop rollout plan, pre / post implementation activities in conjunction with Run team and support production of frontline training materials
Market Research & Industry Insights
Research and analyse industry UX/UI trends and conduct competitor analysis in order to turn them into user insights
Lead user research and testing activities to continue raising the bar
Regular review of usage data to analyse user behaviour and pain points
Mentor and educate fellow colleagues especially on hard skills

A university degree holder with minimum 7 years of working experience.
Online portfolio with a range of interactive samples.
Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in end-to-end product design, including but not limited to developing user requirements, business analysis, UI/UX design, programming and managing user testing.
Excellent understanding of user experience design for the web, mobile, or touch devices with proven track record.
Good eye of visual design and hands on experience in user interface design.
Knowledge of Tech space.
Experience with Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Abstract, Zeplin, Jira or other design tools
Ability to prototype and demonstrate design concepts to extended stakeholders using Invision, Principle or Framer tools.
Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications.
Working knowledge of common mobile and front-end web development is a plus.
Experience in advance data visualisation, financials and banking domain is a plus
Abilities to translate research finding into tangible product feature requirements or improvements is a plus.
