Summary/ObjectiveResponsible for the design, development, and testing of optical and electro/optical equipment, components, or systems. Applies mathematical and engineering principles and methods to system designs. Studies new technologies and researches innovative solutions and product designs. May work with research teams to identify needs or resolve problems. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Required Education and ExperienceThe minimum of a PhD degree (or seeking) in Optics or Physics or related technical field and 5 years experience or equivalent or MS degree in the same with 5 - 10 years experience |
