As a critical member of an innovation driven team of engineers, this position will be responsible for modeling and deriving differentiated architecture, partitioning of functional elements, and integration of optics with hardware / firmware into final product. Requirements for these products may be well-defined or ambiguous so a key function will be distilling diverse inputs into a specific set of requirements, model them and guide the implementation. Hands-on experience in optical physics, measurement systems, modeling tools, and programming are required.

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in optical modeling, design and product development with >5 years desired
Familiar with Hardware, Firmware, and Mechanical design with wide knowledge in the optical communication product space
