A research fellow position is opened to work on the development of thermochromic smart windows for one year extendable to two years or more in the CREATE labs in Singapore jointly between Nanyang Technological University, Hebrew University. The work involves materials processing, deposition of thin films, characterization, optical setups and electromagnetic simulations and design of photonic and plasmonic structures combining thermochromic materials. Background in device Physics, EE or materials science and engineering is preferable. Nanomaterials for Energy and Water Management (NEW) is a joint research programme between Hebrew University of Jerusalem (HUJ) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU), to develop novel materials and devices for three themes: Printable energy materials and devices, energy modulation and storage systems for buildings, and materials and processes for energy-water nexus.
