RPC Photonics, Inc. is a high technology company devoted to the design and manufacture of optical components, both refractive and diffractive, having micro-structured optical surfaces for use in the efficient control and distribution of light for applications in illumination and display.
The Process Engineer will work in the RPC Photonics Photolithography and Laserwriting clean room under the supervision of a Sr. Process Engineer/Scientist, and then transition to more independent performance. The Process Engineer will master and practice the operation, qualification and maintenance of the machines in the RPC Photonics Photolithography and Laserwriting Cleanrooms. The Process Engineer will perform tasks in an independent manner, and continue to develop additional skills as processes are run. Project work will include a mix of research, development and volume manufacturing. Project work will also include the scheduling of jobs, coordination of activities to complete a job with other members of RPC Photonics Staff.
