Lead a team of Sales to drive strategic leadership across the US market (data center and system vendors) to achieve profitable sales growth.
Actively participate in business and community associations with the intension of developing extensive relationships with local influencers and decision makers.
Review revenue forecasting with Sales team on a weekly basis.
Develop and execute the strategic plan for sales programs.
Client support and development.
Negotiate client broadcast rates, commercial schedules and unit pricing.
Drive results through sales team and hold them accountable to expectations.

Provide visible leadership and communication to the market.
BA degree or above in marketing or BS degree or above in a technical discipline (communication or engineering preferred).
Minimum 5 years of account management, sales, or business development experience; ideally in optical transceivers (such as 100G QSFP28, future 200G, 400G) for data center & cloud, wireless interconnection, telecommunication and etc., which includes successful execution of sales strategy that meet annual revenue goals.
Strong management skills with ability to leverage employee’s strengths and manage a variety of personalities and interpersonal conflicts.
Must be a strategic thinker and planner with the ability to research, plan, prepare and execute the sales objectives.
Ability to create, maintain and improve client relationships.
Ability to make tough business and people decisions while creating positive energy in the face of challenges.
